MR. WILLIAM CHANFRAU, SR.: Our firm has handled aviation disaster cases and recently was retained in a case involving a crash of two Umbria Rental students in a plane where the wing literally fell off in air. They survived the crash; they were on final approach at the time of the disaster but walked way from the accident although they have back injuries and their fortunate to be with us. We do handle aviation claims and we've handled a variety of different cases involving helicopter malfunctions and airplane disasters. We've handled premises liability and products liability and automobile, medical malpractice, motorcycle and as I'm mentioned to you earlier we really enjoy handling cases involving claims where children are involved. We've handled some nursing home claims although we have drifted from that area over the last couple of years but we try to emphasize the fact that when the client walks in the door they're going to be treated like a human beings, the case will be handled expeditiously so that the client's best interests are preserved, not too fast, you can't resolve claims until the client has reach what we call maximum medical improvement so we know what's coming down the road. The doctors can tell us this is what the client's facing in the future and until you know that it's premature to try to resolve a claim regardless of what kind it is.
