Evaluating Your Case

A Criminal Defense Attorney Can Look Out for Your Best Interests

At Chanfrau & Chanfrau, we strongly believe that our clients are innocent until proven guilty. When presented with a case, a criminal defense attorney must carefully evaluate the actions of the arresting agency. MR. WILLIAM CHANFRAU, JR.: When a person contacts our office after they have been arrested in a criminal matter I take the position that those clients are innocent until proven guilty and it's important that you not only take down what the client has told you what happened but you also make sure that the arresting agency, law enforcement and the State Attorney's Office have done everything they need to do to make sure that the client is being adequately and properly charged.
