When a client hires Chanfrau & Chanfrau, they're hiring myself, my father, and my sister. It's very, very important that when you do hire the law firm of your choice that you have access to the attorney, direct access so you can ask the attorney questions dealing with your case.
My name is William Chanfrau, Jr. I started practicing law in 1997 with the state attorney's office here locally. In January of 2001, I left the state attorney's office and have been out in private practice ever since with my family. I practice personal injury and criminal law. I chose those two areas of law because I wanted to help people.
Back when I was growing up, my father would come home from work and at the dinner table, he would tell us stories about the particular clients he was helping that day, or cases he was working on. And I always took an interest in that, because that was something I always focused on myself, whether it was helping other people in school, or helping my friends.
Every case that we deal with in this office is different. The clients' injuries, damages are different, and it's important that you take the time and effort with every client that you meet, whether it be a very significant claim or minor claim, that you take the time to try, and figure out, and address the client's concerns, and make sure that what they need to be taken care of is taken care of immediately, and that the clients are satisfied with what you're doing.
Every case that we have in this office is personal. I want to make sure that every client that walks out of this door when we're done with their case that they are not only satisfied with our representation, but they're satisfied with the staff, and that they're happy with the result of their case.
